This policy explains what personal information Revtek IT Solutions LLC collects from people who visit revtekitsolutions.com, what we do with it, and the rights you have. By using our website, you agree to this policy.
The information we collect
- What you give us directly: Your name, email address, phone number, company name, and anything else you choose to share when you fill out a form, book a call, or message us.
- What we collect automatically: Your IP address, the browser and device you use, what pages you view, and how long you spend on each one.
- Cookies and similar technology: Small files that remember preferences and help us measure how the site performs. You can accept or reject cookies through the consent banner that appears on your first visit.
What we do with it
- Run our business: Reply to your questions, schedule calls, and deliver the IT services you have asked about.

- Comply with the law: Meet our legal obligations and protect Revtek’s rights and yours.
Texts and SMS (10DLC)
If we send you a text message, we follow the 10DLC rules required by US wireless carriers:
- Our text-message campaigns are registered with The Campaign Registry (TCR).
- We only text people who have opted in directly, through a form on our site or a written request.
- Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We honor opt-outs immediately.
- Your phone number is protected and used only as 10DLC rules allow.
If you live in California (CCPA)
California residents have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act:
- Know: Ask what categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold about you.
- Delete: Ask us to delete it, with limited exceptions.
- Opt out of sale: Revtek does not sell personal information. There is nothing to opt out of.
- Non-discrimination: We will not treat you differently for asking.

Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We do use these vendors to run our business:
- Microsoft 365 (email and file storage)
- GoHighLevel (CRM, scheduling, automated marketing)
- Google Analytics (anonymized site analytics)
- Cloudflare (security and content delivery)
Each has its own privacy practices. We share only what they need to do their part. We also share data when the law requires it.
Healthcare clients and HIPAA
If a healthcare client engages us, we may handle Protected Health Information (PHI) as a HIPAA Business Associate. In that case, the Business Associate Agreement between Revtek and the client governs how PHI is handled, and that agreement takes priority over this policy for that data.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Show you what we have about you
- Correct something that is wrong
- Delete what we have
- Stop or limit how we use it
- Hand your data to another provider (data portability)
- Withdraw consent you previously gave (you will need to stop using the site if you do)
How we protect data
We use reasonable physical, technical, and administrative safeguards. The honest truth: no internet connection or storage system is bulletproof. We do our best and stay current on what reasonable means.
Kids
Our site is not for children under 13 and we do not intentionally collect data from them. If you think a child gave us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. If we change something material, we will update the “Last Updated” date and post the new version on this page.
