Revtek was founded in 2024 because Nick saw the same pattern over and over: small businesses getting oversold on tools they did not need, or getting ignored the moment something actually broke.
Revtek was built as the alternative. One focused team that treats your business like it actually matters. No call centers, no rotating reps, no upsell pressure. Just clear, honest IT support from people who know your setup and care about getting it right.
We partner with specialized vendors for things like VoIP, cybersecurity platforms, and print management so every part of your IT is handled by someone who specializes in it. But you never deal with those vendors directly. Everything funnels through Revtek. One team, one point of contact, one relationship built on trust.

What does Revtek do?
Revtek is a managed IT services provider for small and mid-size businesses across the Chicagoland area. We handle the day-to-day help desk support, cybersecurity, network and cloud management, and long-term IT planning that most businesses need but cannot justify hiring a full IT team for. We also offer block-hour packages for businesses that need occasional support without a full managed plan.
Where is Revtek located?
Revtek is based in Oak Forest, Illinois. We serve over 20 communities across the south suburbs and greater Chicago region. Most support is delivered remotely, with on-site dispatch available across the Chicagoland area.
Is Revtek a minority-owned business?
Yes. Revtek is a Black-owned, minority-certified business founded in 2024 by Nick Miller.

Do you work with businesses outside of Chicagoland?
Our primary service area is the Chicagoland region. We can provide remote IT support to businesses outside Chicagoland on a case-by-case basis, but our focus is on local businesses where we can also dispatch on-site when needed.

The way we work
We started Revtek because most small business owners get sold IT, not partnered with on IT. A salesperson shows up, asks about pain points, leaves a proposal, and disappears until renewal. The actual humans doing your support are different people you’ve never met.
