The People Behind Revtek

We are a small team on purpose. Every person here plays a direct role in how your IT gets handled. No layers, no hand-offs, no guessing who is working on your stuff. When you reach out, you know exactly who you are talking to.

Three overlapping brochures for Revtek IT Solutions, titled The IT Clarity Kit, feature blue and white colors, a keyboard image, and sections on tech redundancy, VCIO services assessment, tool evaluation, and team workflow improvement.

IT Clarity Kit

Before your first conversation with us, this guide helps you understand what to look for in an IT partner.

A Note From the Founder

For years I watched small business owners get sold IT they did not need and left in the dark when something broke. They would describe the same scene to me: a vendor that only showed up to upsell them.

Revtek is the alternative. One team that knows your business, explains things clearly, and actually fixes the root cause. You get the people on this page, not a ticket queue.

The Team at Revtek

Nick Miller

Founder and Lead Technician

Nick founded Revtek to do IT support the way he always thought it should be done: clearly, honestly, and without the runaround. He handles strategy, the harder technical work, and stays personally involved in every client relationship. Most of the time, Nick is on-site working directly with clients.

Revy

Internal Operations (AI)

Revy is the AI layer behind how Revtek operates. It keeps the ticketing system organized, aligns internal communication with our brand voice, and helps maintain consistency across client-facing content, including the blog. If something on the site reads clearly and sounds like it came from a real team, Revy probably had a hand in it. We are upfront about this because we think you should know how things work behind the scenes.

Natalie Summers

Brand Voice and Marketing Specialist

Natalie shapes how Revtek communicates. From website copy to client-facing materials, she makes sure everything sounds like it came from a real person, not a template. She keeps the brand voice consistent, clear, and aligned with how the team actually talks.

Nana Kodom-Ayensu

Field Technician

Nana is the person who shows up when something needs hands on it. On-site visits, equipment installs, hardware swaps, and the day-to-day work that keeps your office running. He is calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and reliable.

Who You Will Actually Be Working With

When you have a question, you will reach Nick. When you need someone on-site, that is Nana. When something needs to sound right or read clearly, Natalie is behind it.

We keep it simple on purpose. No call trees, no rotating reps, no losing context every time you reach out. For services like VoIP, print management, and cybersecurity platforms, we work with specialized vendors behind the scenes. But you never deal with them directly. Every request, every issue, every question goes through Revtek first. One team, one point of contact, every time.

See the People Behind the Support

"I would rather have 20 clients who trust us completely than 200 who barely know our name. That is the kind of company I am building."
— Nicholas Miller, Revtek Founder

Frequently Asked Questions

No. Revtek is built around a small, intentional team. Nick founded the company and leads strategy and architecture. Natalie owns brand voice and marketing communication. Nana handles field and technician work. Revy, our internal operations system, helps us scale knowledge and consistency without adding overhead. Small by design, deep on quality.

Revy is our internal operations layer. It helps us document client environments, surface patterns across tickets, prep for client reviews, and keep our knowledge organized so nothing important sits in someone’s head. You will not work with Revy directly. The benefit shows up in how prepared we are for your account.

Yes. We stay small on purpose so you get continuity. The same handful of names show up on your account, your reviews, and your support requests. No rotating pool of ticket handlers, no different person every call.

We hire slowly and only when service demands it. Growth on our side never means a drop in quality or continuity for existing clients. New team members go through a structured onboarding so they understand your environment before touching it.

Yes. Nick is reachable for strategic questions, escalations, and anything that needs founder-level attention. Day-to-day support flows through the team so things get handled fast, but the door to Nick is open when it matters.

We are your single point of contact for IT. When a vendor (ISP, software provider, hardware manufacturer) is part of resolving an issue, we coordinate with them on your behalf. You should not have to chase three vendors to get one thing fixed. We own the loop.
