Is Revtek just one person?
No. Revtek is built around a small, intentional team. Nick founded the company and leads strategy and architecture. Natalie owns brand voice and marketing communication. Nana handles field and technician work. Revy, our internal operations system, helps us scale knowledge and consistency without adding overhead. Small by design, deep on quality.
What does Revy actually do?
Revy is our internal operations layer. It helps us document client environments, surface patterns across tickets, prep for client reviews, and keep our knowledge organized so nothing important sits in someone’s head. You will not work with Revy directly. The benefit shows up in how prepared we are for your account.
Will I always work with the same people?
Yes. We stay small on purpose so you get continuity. The same handful of names show up on your account, your reviews, and your support requests. No rotating pool of ticket handlers, no different person every call.
What happens if the team grows?
We hire slowly and only when service demands it. Growth on our side never means a drop in quality or continuity for existing clients. New team members go through a structured onboarding so they understand your environment before touching it.
Can I talk to Nick directly?
Yes. Nick is reachable for strategic questions, escalations, and anything that needs founder-level attention. Day-to-day support flows through the team so things get handled fast, but the door to Nick is open when it matters.
What about services handled by vendors? Do I contact them?
We are your single point of contact for IT. When a vendor (ISP, software provider, hardware manufacturer) is part of resolving an issue, we coordinate with them on your behalf. You should not have to chase three vendors to get one thing fixed. We own the loop.
