Nick Miller is the founder of Revtek IT Solutions, a Chicagoland MSP built on plain-English IT support for small businesses. Before Revtek, Nick spent 2.5 years teaching IT in education, where he learned that the best way to help someone with technology is to explain it like a human first. He still works full-time managing IT operations for a large non-profit organization, where he oversees infrastructure and end-user support across a distributed network of locations. Nick holds CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+, and works primarily in Fortinet, Meraki, and Ubiquiti environments. He started Revtek to bring the same education-first, no-sales-pressure approach to small businesses across the Chicagoland suburbs. One client at a time, no offshore teams, no surprise contracts.
